Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply chain, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in customer service or a similar customer-facing role, ideally in plastics.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred but not required.
• Fluent English communication with customers and colleagues.
• Proactive problem-solving and strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and systems.
