Job summary

LyondellBasell in Poland is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service professional to manage orders, coordinate product availability, and support Account Managers with quotations. You will interact with customers and colleagues to ensure timely deliveries and accurate data.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain, at least two years in customer service, and a proactive, communicative approach. SAP experience is an asset; remote work up to two days weekly is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply chain, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service or similar role.
• Experience with ERP systems is an asset (SAP preferred).
• Professional English communication with customers.
