Job summary

Brown-Forman in Warsaw seeks a Customer Service and Order Management professional to handle end-to-end order processing for international markets using SAP ERP, ensuring on-time deliveries and high service levels.

The role requires fluent English, at least 2 years in international operations, and strong collaboration with internal teams and logistics partners. It is a hybrid position with four days in the Warsaw office and one day remote.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operations in an international business environment (customer service, order management or supply).
• Experience working with a supply chain system, ideally SAP.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Be the single point of contact for dedicated international business customers and distributors.
• Respond to customer requests and queries related to orders and logistics (mainly via email).
• Build strong relationships with distributors and become a trusted advisor in supply chain and order management.
• Communicate with logistics providers concerning order status inquiries.
• Cooperate with internal departments and exchange information on customer orders and stock situations.
• Receive, validate and process orders through SAP ERP system.
• Track order fulfilment, identify risks, propose changes to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Update orders proactively to prevent delays and ensure on-time shipments.
