Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sending reminders for order confirmation and monitoring delivery schedules.
• Managing order corrections and cancellations upon customer requests.
• Collaborating with logistics to clarify product orders and deliveries.
• Coordinating with disposition on MOQs and product questions.
• Working with finance to clarify customer credit limits.
• Managing framework agreements and open order workloads.
• Handling ticket distribution in Service Cloud.
• Updating the online shop tasks.
