Job summary

LAPP Business Services Sp. z o.o. in Wroclaw is seeking a sales support specialist to handle order management, reminders, and coordination with logistics and finance.

You will work closely with Sales, Dispo and CRM teams, ensuring accurate data entry, customer satisfaction and timely updates in the online shop. Fluent English and German are required, with SAP4HANA and CRM Service Cloud experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of work experience in sales support (order management), customer service and administration.
• Excellent English skills (spoken and written).
• Good German language skills (spoken and written) for internal interfaces and with the customer.
• Professional experience in SAP4HANA.
• Experience with CRM, CRM Service Cloud is preferable.
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Analytical mindset with focus on customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to develop and improve processes.
• Good communication skills and teamwork in a cross-cultural environment.
• Proactive and takes ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sending reminders for order confirmation and monitoring delivery schedules
• Managing order corrections and cancellations on customer requests
• Collaborating with the logistics team to clarify product orders and deliveries, resolve delivery blocks, address incomplete protocol messages, handle urgent communications for delayed deliveries, and clarify uncertainties in KIAA orders
• Coordinating with the disposition team regarding issues such as MOQs, product questions, and incorrect packaging
• Working with the finance department to clarify customer credit limit matters
• Managing framework agreements and open order workloads on demand, including closing open orders and consulting with customers, disposition, and sales teams
• Handling ticket distribution in Service Cloud for unclassified tickets
• Performing follow-up tasks and updates related to the online shop
