You should have 2+ years in BDR/SDR roles, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to manage multiple leads across time zones.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BDR/SDR experience in B2B software or tech.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Systems fluency: CRM mastery and quick information retrieval.
• Able to operate in fast-paced, flexible environments with shifting strategy.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients and market segments to create new opportunities.
• Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to start conversations.
• Qualify leads by understanding challenges and fit with our solution.
• Schedule and coordinate discovery calls or demos for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM data to keep a healthy, predictable pipeline.
