FlowX.AI, Warsaw-based, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead growth in the logistics sector. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—selling an enterprise AI platform to C-level executives.

You will apply Gap Selling and Challenger principles to uncover strategic problems, craft compelling ROI stories, and drive multi-stakeholder engagements to secure transformative contracts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in complex B2B solution sales (SaaS, fintech, or digital transformation preferred).
• Track record engaging senior stakeholders on strategic issues, not just product.
• Experience uncovering unrecognized business problems and delivering ROI.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder, complex opportunities to close.
• Knowledge of Gap Selling and Challenger Sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-depth discovery with C-level and business leaders to uncover priorities and ROI.
• Guide Field Strategists and Solution Engineers through the sales process to fit customer needs.
• Shape compelling business cases and value stories linking technology to measurable outcomes.
• Orchestrate multi-stakeholder engagements to secure commitment and close projects.
