FlowX.AI, Warsaw-based, seeks a Lead Account Executive to own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, focusing on logistics. You will drive enterprise deals with C-level leaders and shape the commercial presence as FlowX.AI scales in new verticals.

You will leverage Gap Selling and Challenger Sales to uncover strategic problems, build compelling ROI narratives, and lead a growing sales team in a remote-friendly setup from Warsaw, Poland.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in complex B2B solution sales (SaaS/fintech/digital transformation preferred).
• Proven track record engaging senior stakeholders on strategic issues.
• Experience closing multi-stakeholder opportunities with measurable ROI.
• Knowledge of Gap Selling and Challenger Sales methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-depth discovery with C-level and business leaders to uncover priorities and quantify impact.
• Coordinate with Field Strategists and Solution Engineers to tailor engagements.
• Shape compelling business cases connecting technology to measurable business results.
• Orchestrate multi-stakeholder engagements to secure commitment and close projects.
• Establish FlowX.AI presence in logistics market and help grow the sales team.
