XTB is a global FinTech company offering online trading and a rich international environment. We seek a Polish-speaking customer support agent to deliver excellent service, maintain client relationships, and resolve inquiries primarily via chat.

The role includes monitoring markets, CRM updates, and collaboration with global teams. Night shifts are part of the rotation, with hybrid work after the probation period.

Qualifications

• Polish fluency and strong English proficiency are required.
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality customer service to Polish-speaking clients.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues (mainly via chat).
• Providing explanations and clarifications regarding customer complaints.
• Monitoring financial markets and staying up to date with market developments.
• Updating client information in the CRM system.
• Collaborating with external branches and internal departments.
