XTB, a leading FinTech in Poland, seeks a customer service professional to assist Czech and Slovak clients. You will build strong client relationships, answer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, and clarify complaints while keeping CRM data accurate.

Qualifications

• Czech language - native or proficiency level required.
• Very good knowledge of English language is a must.
• Higher education (might be a final-year university student).
• Previous experience in a customer service role (desirable).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and close tasks quickly.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality customer service to Czech and Slovak speaking clients.
