• Handling and explaining complaints, both in writing and over the phone.
• Monitoring developments on global financial markets.
• Working with our CRM system to verify and update client database records.
• Cooperating closely with external XTB branches and internal departments.

Requirements:

• French language at a native or proficiency level (C1/C2).
• Very good command of English (both spoken and written).
• High level of responsibility, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and complete tasks efficiently.
