Qualifications

• French language at a native or proficiency level (C1/C2).
• Very good command of English (spoken and written).
• Good level of responsibility with multitasking and prioritization.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support for French-speaking clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Resolve client issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
• Handle and explain complaints in writing and by phone.
• Monitor developments on global financial markets.
• Use CRM to verify and update client records.
• Cooperate with external XTB branches and internal departments.
