XTB in Warsaw is seeking a Czech-speaking Customer Service Representative to support Czech and Slovak clients across channels. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build strong client relationships with a focus on professional and timely service.

This role offers a hybrid work model (remote option outside Warsaw) with training from market professionals and a clear path for development within the FinTech industry.

Qualifications

• Czech language native or proficient requirement.
• Very good knowledge of English is required.
• Higher education or final-year student status acceptable.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality customer service to Czech and Slovak speaking clients.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat and email and resolving issues.
• Providing explanations and clarifications regarding customer complaints.
• Monitoring market developments and updating client information in the CRM.
• Collaborating with external branches and internal departments.
