Qualifications

• Czech language - fluent/proficient level required.
• Very good knowledge of English language is a must.
• Higher education (might be a final-year university student).
• Previous experience in a customer service role (desirable).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and close tasks quickly.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to Czech and Slovak speaking clients.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, chats and email.
• Provide explanations and clarifications regarding customer complaints.
• Monitor financial markets and stay up to date with market developments.
• Updating and verifying client information in the CRM system.
• Collaborating with external XTB branches and internal departments.
