Job summary

HSBC Service Delivery Polska is seeking a Payments Operations Specialist in Kraków to support payment-related investigations and enquiries. You will work with internal teams and stakeholders, progress cases using SWIFT when needed, and ensure accurate outcomes with strong attention to detail.

You will investigate and track cases, maintain updates in systems, and collaborate across the team to deliver consistent service. The role values teamwork, independence, and diligent processing of payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for day-to-day communication.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Capable of working in a team environment while also managing tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail in operational work.
• General knowledge of Payments and SWIFT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate payment-related cases and enquiries through to resolution.
• Process and track exceptions to support timely outcomes.
• Use SWIFT communication to progress investigations when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather information and confirm next steps.
• Maintain accurate case updates and documentation in relevant systems.
• Apply strong attention to detail when reviewing information and confirming outcomes.
• Support consistent service delivery by working closely with the wider team.
• Follow agreed processes while prioritising cases effectively.
