HSBC Service Delivery Polska in Krakow is seeking a Payments & Securities Screening Team Coordinator to oversee end-to-end screening across Payments, Securities, Name Screening and Negative News. The role requires hands-on alert investigations and strong collaboration with Compliance and Risk.

You will coordinate day-to-day delivery, manage escalations and KPIs, and report on performance and trends, partnering with IT and business stakeholders to strengthen controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in sanctions screening or financial crime operations.
• Knowledge of transaction screening, name screening and NNS screening processes.
• Regulatory knowledge including OFAC, EU and UN sanctions and FATF guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily screening activity to meet SLAs across Payments, Securities, Name Screening and NNS.
• Process alerts and assess matches per sanctions policy.
• Review alerts using World-Check and credible sources; document outcomes.
