Job summary

HeadHR in Kraków seeks a Payments Operations Specialist to oversee multiple teams within the Payment Operations Business Service. You will respond to queries, ensure quality, and execute tasks per established procedures, supporting partners with up-to-date knowledge of payment processes.

The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a monthly gross salary of 7,634–9,500 PLN with discretionary variable pay, home-office support up to 800 PLN, private medical care, and flexible working hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple teams within Payment Operations Business Service.
• Handle queries accurately to meet agreed quality standards and targets.
• Complete tasks in line with established procedures and standards.
• Identify and upscale issues, transactions and potential showstoppers affecting service delivery or potential loss to the bank.
• Respond to process-related emails and queries promptly, copying the Line Manager where required.
• Support business partners and maintain knowledge of procedures and payment products.
