HSBC Service Delivery Polska is seeking a Payments Investigations professional to support day-to-day resolution of payment-related enquiries. You’ll investigate issues, coordinate with internal teams and help deliver accurate outcomes for customers and stakeholders while maintaining high service quality.

The role offers a dynamic Krakow-based environment with opportunities to develop expertise in payments, strong English communication, and collaboration across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders across teams.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality and pace.
• Contribute positively in a team environment and support shared outcomes.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing payment and case information.
• Solid computer literacy across everyday case management tools.
• Fluent written and spoken English in a professional setting.
• German language will be an asset in this role.

Responsibilities

• Investigate payment-related queries and follow through to resolution.
• Manage a portfolio of investigation cases with accurate records.
• Review payment information to identify issues and next steps.
• Use relevant payment channels such as SWIFT where applicable.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and progress items.
• Maintain clear written documentation of actions and outcomes.
• Prioritise work to meet service timelines and quality expectations.
• Support continuous improvement by sharing recurring issues and fixes.

What you’ll do

• Support continuous improvement by sharing recurring issues and practical fixes

The pay range for this role is 7592 PLN - 9500 PLN (monthly, gross).
Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
