Job summary

IKEA Ab in Warsaw seeks an experienced IT Partner to provide onsite IT support, secure local IT systems, and collaborate with Inter IKEA IT. The role includes training staff, maintaining infrastructure, and contributing to IT projects.

Based mainly in Warsaw with occasional remote work, the candidate should have strong knowledge of Office 365, Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure, and IT service management, while upholding Inter IKEA values.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of software, hardware, IP networks and voice communication.
• Good knowledge of IT service management, information security and data privacy processes, guidelines.
• General knowledge of relevant technology standards, trends and innovations.
• Good knowledge of project management tools and methodology.
• Experience of managing vendors, service providers.
• Risk assessment knowledge.
• Very good knowledge of Office 365 tools and environment.
• Self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
• Service-minded and professional, putting the end users’ needs and Inter IKEA business operations in focus.
• Good knowledge of Power Automate, Microsoft Azure and Power Apps.
• Verbal fluency in English.
• Experience of working within IT, preferably in global organizations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps platforms.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and ability to formulate queries (prompts).

Responsibilities

• Perform and manage planned IT installations, upgrades, local rebuilds and maintenance activities.
• Primarily based in Warsaw office, with occasional exceptions for remote work.
• Take necessary decisions and actions to solve issues, prioritising based on business needs with the global Helpdesk.
• Perform all daily tasks according to set procedures, rules and guidelines.
• Actively participate in IT Partners’ network and secure local IT communication.
• Provide technical training for onsite staff and new hires, including setting up equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine monitoring to ensure uptime of onsite IT infrastructure and applications.
• Contribute to IT service desk improvements via IT Process lead, IT project and Digital Workplace.
