Job summary

Awin Global is seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our Global IT Support team in our Warsaw office. You will troubleshoot issues, maintain a secure IT environment, and support staff onsite and remotely across multiple countries.

The role is primarily office-based with onsite presence, but flexibility is available according to business needs and local policies. You will work under the IT Support Team Lead to deliver exceptional technology services.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Experience in IT Support or Service Desk.
• Troubleshooting Windows and macOS on hardware/peripherals.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps and collaboration tools.
• Experience with ITSM tools (prefer Jira).

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support and resolve common issues, escalating more complex incidents.
• Install, configure, maintain, and support laptops (Windows & macOS), mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and meeting room technology.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring equipment preparation and collection.
• Assist with IT asset tracking and inventory updates.
