AI-Driven IT Site Support Engineer - Warsaw

Job summary

Team Up is seeking an IT Site Support Engineer to be the front-of-house IT contact in the Warsaw office. You will join a small EMEA support team within a global, follow-the-sun operation, using AI daily to reduce tickets and automate tasks.

You will run onboarding, manage hardware shipments, and support Zoom Rooms, CMDB, and end-user knowledge base creation. This role is 100% on-site in Warsaw with a 3–6 month contract and potential for permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in IT site/desk-side support in a tech or product company.
• Strong macOS experience with Jamf or another macOS MDM.
• Experience with Zoom and Zoom Rooms / meeting room AV.
• Most of the stack in hands: Okta, Google Workspace, ServiceNow, Slack, Confluence, Jira.
• Concrete examples of using AI to reduce tickets and automate tasks.
• Comfort working autonomously with a remote manager and good judgement on when to upscale.
• Clear communication with people at all levels, including executives and EAs.
• Very good English and availability to work on-site 5 days a week in Warsaw.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to IT person for the Warsaw office - from engineers and EAs to executives.
• Run onboardings and new hire orientation sessions, prepare and ship hardware for new joiners.
• Handle break-fix and access requests in ServiceNow.
• Look after audio-visual in around 50 Zoom Rooms and support large company events.
• Keep local inventory accurate in the CMDB.
• Create knowledge base articles for IT colleagues and end users.
• Act as smart hands for other teams, e.g. network (no config).
• Take part in an in-hours frontline queue rota.
• Use AI to make support faster and share what works with the team.
