Job summary

Justjoin in Warsaw is seeking an Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain automation that keeps IT operations running across virtualization, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure. This is a fully on-site role at the agency's headquarters in Warsaw, with no travel foreseen.

You'll implement provisioning, configuration management, monitoring, deployment, and incident response using Python, PowerShell, or Bash, Ansible, Terraform, and VMware ARIA Automation, while aligning with ICT change

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting.
• Experience with Ansible configuration management.
• Experience with Terraform or VMware ARIA Automation.
• Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Windows Server and Linux Red Hat configuration and automation.
• Experience with ITIL-based change, configuration, and release management processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated IT operations tools across provisioning, configuration, monitoring, deployment and incident response.
• Analyse IT processes to identify automation opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Write and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks and data processing.
• Use IaC frameworks to provision and manage infrastructure components.
• Coordinate with support teams and document procedures.
• Ensure IT security standards are implemented and followed.
• Participate in project meetings and change management processes.
