Job summary

IKEA Ab in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking an onsite IT Partner to provide professional local IT support and ensure reliable operation of Inter IKEA IT systems. You will collaborate with central stakeholders, perform installations and upgrades, and train staff while maintaining security and service quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in onsite IT support and system maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365, Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Fluent English written and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform and manage planned IT activities including installations, upgrades and local rebuilds.
• Based in Warsaw with occasional remote work only where agreed.
• Resolve issues promptly in collaboration with the global Helpdesk and escalation paths.
• Follow procedures, guidelines and ensure alignment with organizational processes.
• Participate in IT Partner network and support knowledge sharing.
• Provide technical training for onsite staff and new hires.
• Maintain and monitor onsite IT infrastructure and medical business applications.
• Support IT security in cooperation with risk and privacy teams.
• Monitor IT trends and assess possible business benefits.
• Manage relationships with Inter IKEA IT, vendors and service providers.
• Act as an ambassador of Inter IKEA values.
