Job summary

Global Enterprise Partners is seeking an onsite IT Support professional in Warsaw to act as the local IT contact for operational issues, perform basic network and firewall troubleshooting, and support core applications including New Vision and Dynamics 365 Business Central.

You will be present for planned system changes and upgrades, coordinating with internal and external IT teams to ensure rapid issue resolution, and covering critical incidents as needed while maintaining English fluency

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Support, Infrastructure Support or Site Support roles.
• Basic understanding of networking, connectivity and firewall concepts.
• Familiarity with Business Central and/or New Vision is beneficial but not essential.
• ERP expertise is not required as the ERP environment is currently being upgraded by specialist teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical hands-on approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage onsite support responsibilities.
• Fluent English communication skills; Polish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support in Warsaw approximately 2 days per week.
• Act as the primary IT contact for local operational issues and urgent incidents.
• Perform basic network and firewall troubleshooting and support.
• Support core business applications including New Vision and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Be physically present during planned system changes, upgrades and go-live activities, including executing critically cutover tasks.
• Coordinate with internal and external IT teams to ensure smooth operations and rapid issue resolution.
• Remain available for critical incident response and firefighting when required.
• Ensure adequate coverage through a backup resource during holidays, travel or absence.
