Job summary

Awin is seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our Global IT Support team in Warsaw, providing on-site and remote assistance across multiple countries. You will troubleshoot issues, support laptops, mobile devices, printers, and meeting room tech, and help maintain a secure, reliable IT environment.

This hands-on role requires fluency in English and Polish and experience in IT support. Proficiency with Windows/macOS and Microsoft 365 is required; Jira ITSM experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or Desktop Support.
• Troubleshooting across Windows and macOS, hardware and peripherals.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Experience using ITSM tools, preferably Jira.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support and resolve common issues, escalating when needed within SLAs.
• Install, configure, maintain, and support laptops, mobile devices, printers, and meeting room tech.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and assist with IT asset tracking.
• Track and update IT assets and inventory.
