Our client is a fast-growing, global technology company building a cloud data and AI platform used by thousands of enterprises worldwide. Their Warsaw office is an engineering hub of around 400 people - technically minded users who expect fast, smart IT support.
We are looking for an IT Site Support Engineer to be the front-of-house IT person in the Warsaw office, as part of a small EMEA support team (manager based in London) within a global, follow-the-sun Support Operations team.
This is not a typical "sit and fix tickets" IT role. The client wants an AI-native engineer who actively uses AI day-to-day to reduce tickets, automate repetitive work and build things that make support easier.
Your role
- Be the go-to IT person for the Warsaw office - from engineers and EAs to executives
- Run onboardings and new hire orientation sessions, prepare and ship hardware for new joiners
- Work break-fix and access requests in ServiceNow, and know when to upscale
- Look after audio-visual in around 50 Zoom Rooms and support large company events
- Keep local inventory accurate in the CMDB
- Create knowledge base articles for both IT colleagues and end users
- Act as "smart hands" for other teams, e.g. network (locating and connecting hardware in the comms room - no configuration)
- Take part in an in-hours frontline queue rota
- Use AI to make support faster and simpler - and share what works with the team
Offer
- Contract assignment for 3 or 6 months, with a real chance to convert into a permanent role
- Start as soon as possible (target: end of October 2026)
- Fixed working hours 9:00-18:00, no out-of-hours on-call
- Full-time, 100% on-site in Warsaw (Wola), 5 days a week
- International team and a modern stack: macOS, Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace, ServiceNow, Zoom, Slack
- Short process: intro call with Team Up, interview with the hiring manager, final on-site technical panel
Requirements
Must have:
- Solid experience in IT site / desk-side support, ideally in a tech or product company
- Strong macOS experience and hands-on Jamf or another macOS MDM (e.g. Kandji)
- Experience with Zoom and Zoom Rooms / meeting room AV
- Most of the stack in hands: Okta, Google Workspace, ServiceNow, Slack, Confluence, Jira
- Concrete examples of using AI in your work - e.g. reducing tickets, automating tasks, building small tools (more than just asking a chatbot)
- Comfort working autonomously with a remote manager, and good judgement on when to upscale
- Clear communication with people at all levels, including executives and EAs
- Very good English
- Availability to work 5 days a week on-site in Warsaw and to start quickly
Nice to have:
- Polish
- Basic knowledge of comms room hardware (UPS, router, firewall, switches)
- Experience writing knowledge base articles
- Experience supporting large company events
