Job summary

You will procure, configure, deploy, and decommission IT equipment, provide telephony support, manage local IT agreements and invoicing, and collaborate with Service Desk and Infrastructure teams for robust, timely solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in service desk or advanced IT support.
• Experience in managing a local network.
• Experience in troubleshooting systems.
• Able to communicate in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Advanced troubleshooting of technology issues.
• Procure, configure, deploy, decommission IT equipment.
• Telephony support as needed.
• Support in development of internal applications and Autodesk tools.
• Remote support of sites as needed.
• Manage IT invoicing and local IT agreements.
• Intrastat reporting and LAN management.
