Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Junior HR Services Assistant with Italian for a hybrid role based in Kraków. You will be the first point of contact for HR queries, support managers and team members, and handle HR data entry and case management.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Italian, eager to develop in HR, and capable of working in an international, matrix environment. The role offers on-site days in Kraków and remote elements as part of a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Italian (C1 level minimum)
• Readiness to develop within the field of HR
• Customer service mindset and proactive approach
• Excellent communication skills in an international, matrix organization
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver HR Service support to managers and team members
• Provide timely, courteous information and resolution to calls and emails
• Enter HR data into Workday and resolve ServiceNow tickets
• Maintain documentation and knowledge of People policies and procedures
• Perform duties as assigned by the Manager
