Job summary

QVC Group in Kraków is seeking an HR Services Administrator (2nd Shift) to join the front-line data processing team. You will handle sensitive People data, support large organizational changes, and leverage technology to reduce manual work.

The role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence at Wielicka 30 in Kraków 3–5 times per month. You will work with US, UK, Italy, Germany and Japan teams, ensuring timely and accurate HR processes.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1) proficiency.
• Experience tracking cases and documentation.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication in a global, matrix org.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and process transactions in the HR system and manage workforce administration processes.
• Serve as main contact for employee lifecycle processes for US, UK, Italy, Germany and Japan.
• Provide high-quality support aligning with SLAs and customer expectations.
• Coordinate cases with teammates to meet service levels and deadlines.
• Track cases for documentation and allocation in the case management system.
• Audit HR system data and identify data quality issues.
