QVC Group Global Business Services is seeking a Junior HR Services Assistant with Italian to join our HR Services Team in Kraków. You will be the first point of contact for colleagues on HR policies, benefits and payroll, delivering high-quality, timely service.

This hybrid role requires fluent English and Italian (C1), strong communication, and the ability to work with Workday and case management tools. You will perform HR data entry, resolve inquiries, maintain documentation, and support

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Italian at C1 level or higher.
• Readiness to develop within the HR field.
• Customer service mindset with proactive approach.
• Excellent communication skills in an international, matrix environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday and basic MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HR service support to managers and team members.
• Provide timely, courteous responses to calls and emails, ensuring high-quality service.
• Perform HR data entry into Workday and resolve ServiceNow tickets.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and add process maps where applicable.
• Perform duties as assigned by the Manager.
