Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Junior HR Services Assistant with Italian for a hybrid role based in Kraków. You will be the first point of contact for HR queries, support managers and team members, and handle HR data entry and case management.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Italian, eager to develop in HR, and capable of working in an international, matrix environment. The role offers on-site days in Kraków and remote elements as part of a hybrid model.

We are currently looking for: Junior HR Services Assistant with Italian.

Your Opportunity, Your Team HR Services Team Members are first point-of-contact for our team members' questions about HR policies and processes, also related to Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, etc. You would be also responsible for guiding our team members through HR related queries and issues, helping them with transactions and educating them on the system specifics.

Where You\u2019ll Work

This role is hybrid and requires on-site presence at our office on Wielicka 30 in Kraków 3 to 5 times per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).

What You\u2019ll Do

• Deliver HR Service support to managers and Team Members


• Provide information and resolution to issues about calls and emails in a timely, courteous, and professional manner, providing high-quality, timely and professional customer service


• Perform HR data entry into Workday and resolve ServiceNow tickets


• Take initiative to maintain documentation and current knowledge and understanding of People policies, practices, and procedures, creates process maps where applicable


• Perform duties as assigned by the Manager

What You\u2019ll Bring
