QVC Group, Inc. is seeking an HR Services Specialist (2nd Shift) to join our hybrid HR Services organization in Kraków. You will support employees and managers across functions, delivering first-line HR support and handling HR data and processes in Workday and other systems.

You’ll join specialized HR teams (Employee Support, Administration, Total Rewards) to ensure timely responses, data accuracy, and smooth HR operations in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required (min C1).
• Experience in HR operations, shared services, or administration is preferred.
• Proven customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with HR systems like Workday or ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers via phone, email, or HR case.
• Manage HR lifecycle data and transactions in HR systems.
• Support Total Rewards processes including compensation and benefits.
• Ensure data accuracy, support audits, and maintain HR documentation.
• Deliver best-in-class employee experience through service excellence and continuous improvement.
