Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking an HR Services Team Coordinator to guide a small team of HR Services Specialists and coordinate priorities ensuring on-time delivery. The role supports Talent Management and Learning processes across the global organization.

You will mentor the team, manage stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement, while working in a hybrid setup with on-site presence in Kraków.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in any HR related area: HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Administration, Employee Services, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management or related field.
• Fluent English (min C1).
• Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience supporting process or service transitions.
• Proactive, improvement‑focused mindset with confidence in a global organization.
• Ability and willingness to work with HR Data.
• Experience in team management would be a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily work and priorities of 2-3 HR Services Specialists.
• Monitor quality and performance, ensuring delivery against SLAs, KPIs and project deadlines.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and day‑to‑day support to team members.
• Deliver Talent Management and Learning processes across QVC global organization.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted point of contact.
• Support the transition and implementation of new services and processes.
• Drive service excellence, continuous improvement, and a positive customer experience.
