Job summary

QVC Group Global Business Services in Kraków, Poland is seeking an HR Services Specialist (2nd Shift) to support employees and managers across multiple countries. You will provide frontline HR support on policies, benefits, payroll, leave and related processes via phone, email or case submission.

Join a hybrid team with on-site presence 3–5 times per month and duties spanning HR Employee Support, HR Administration and Total Rewards. Fluency in English and prior HR experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Fluent English skills (minimum C1).
• Availability to work a 2nd shift (1:00 PM – 11:00 PM).
• Experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Administration is a plus.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• HR Employee Support: provide first-line support for HR policies, benefits, payroll, leave of absence and other processes via phone, email or HR case.
• HR Administration: manage employee lifecycle transactions, documentation and workforce data within HR systems.
• Total Rewards: assist with compensation, benefits, and global mobility programs where applicable.
