Solventum is seeking a CO Analyst - Customer Service with Italian to support order management, inquiries, and backorders. The role involves multilingual customer support across Poland and additional markets, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to meet customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years in a customer-facing role, with fluency in English and Italian.

• 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a service environment.
• Fluency in English and Italian is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer transactions related to orders, status, inquiries, and backorders.
• Provide customer support across assigned countries in local language(s).
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor queues and ensure timely processing within SLA targets; escalate issues as needed.
