Job summary

Solventum in Wrocław, Poland is seeking a CO Analyst - Customer Service with Spanish to join our global team. You will manage customer transactions, provide multilingual support in English and Spanish, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to meet customer needs.

We require a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in a customer-facing role, with fluency in English and Spanish and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
• 1–2 years of equivalent work experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer transactions related to order management, order status, inquiries, and back orders.
• Providing customer support across assigned countries with communication in the relevant local language.
• Collaborating with internal teams to meet customer requirements.
• Building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities to improve service performance.
• Monitoring work queues and ensuring timely processing within SLA targets.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints, including escalation when required.
• Driving continuous improvement by enhancing processes, data quality, and cycle time.
