Solventum is seeking a CO Analyst - Customer Service with English to support order management and cross-country customer inquiries. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate order status, timely responses, and high-quality service.

The role emphasizes problem solving, strong communication in English, and the ability to adapt to changing processes within a flexible work location in Wrocław, Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
• 1–2 years of equivalent work experience in a customer-facing environment, complaints handling, customer issue resolution, operations, or customer service.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer transactions related to order management, order status, inquiries, and back orders.
• Provide customer support across assigned countries, ensuring communication in the relevant local language.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other support functions) to meet customer requirements.
• Proactively build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to improve service performance.
• Monitor and manage work queues, ensuring timely processing of requests within SLA targets.
• Ensure efficient handling and resolution of customer complaints, including escalation where required.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, data quality, and cycle time.
