Job summary

EY GDS Poland seeks a People Experience Partner to shape and enhance the end-to-end employee experience. This role blends listening, engagement, culture, wellbeing and organizational effectiveness to support business performance and satisfaction.

You will work with HR and business teams to leverage data and digital solutions, improving the employee journey and EY's people-first culture in a hybrid environment. Fluent English and strong program leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Employee Experience, Organizational Development, Talent Management or HR Consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related discipline.
• Proven ability to design employee-centric programs and initiatives.
• Experience using employee insights and workforce analytics.
• Strong project and change management capabilities.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across a complex org.
• Experience with HR tech and listening platforms.
• Excellent facilitation and storytelling in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement employee experience strategies and initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
• Analyze feedback, engagement surveys and workforce insights to identify improvements.
• Lead programs supporting engagement, culture, inclusion and wellbeing.
• Identify experience gaps and develop innovative employee-centered solutions.
• Partner with leaders to improve satisfaction, retention and organizational health.
• Support adoption of digital HR solutions and AI-enabled employee tools.
• Collaborate with Talent, Learning and HR Business Partnering teams to deliver integrated programs.
• Lead experience-focused projects and change initiatives.
• Benchmark external best practices and future workforce trends.
• Champion a consistent and differentiated employee experience across EY.
