Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support the employee lifecycle, advise employees and people leaders, and drive standardized HR processes across assigned client groups.

Collaborating with HR Partners, HR Operations, People Experience and Centers of Excellence, you will help deliver an exceptional employee experience while ensuring compliance with EY policies and local requirements.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management and talent processes.
• Experience in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Knowledge of labor law and HR policies.
• Experience with HR systems and analytics.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary HR contact for employees and managers within assigned client groups.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, engagement, development and policy matters.
• Support annual people processes including performance reviews, promotions, compensation cycles and succession discussions.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders on workforce planning and hiring activities.
• Support organizational changes including transfers, mobility, restructurings and lifecycle events.
• Analyze workforce data and people metrics to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with EY policies and local employment requirements.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to implement talent, learning and rewards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization of HR practices.
