Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an HR Operations Partner in Łódź with 5–7 years of HR experience and strong knowledge of HR operations. The role focuses on process governance, service quality and continuous improvement across client groups, collaborating with HR Business Partners and global teams.

You will drive standardization, digital transformation and automation while supporting self-service HR solutions. Hybrid work arrangement in Poland is offered.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex employee lifecycle activities, including organizational changes, mobility and workforce transitions.
• Ensure effective execution of annual HR processes and people programs.
• Support governance, compliance and data accuracy across HR operations.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve complex operational inquiries and escalations.
• Analyze HR operational metrics and identify service improvement opportunities.
• Drive automation, process optimization and simplification initiatives.
• Support adoption of self-service, digital HR and AI-enabled solutions.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, playbooks and process standards.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to implement HR process enhancements.
• Promote a One HR mindset through operational consistency and service excellence.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
