QVC Group, Inc. is seeking an HR Services Specialist (2nd Shift) to join our hybrid HR Services organization in Kraków. You will support employees and managers across functions, delivering first-line HR support and handling HR data and processes in Workday and other systems.

You’ll join specialized HR teams (Employee Support, Administration, Total Rewards) to ensure timely responses, data accuracy, and smooth HR operations in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required (min C1).
• Experience in HR operations, shared services, or administration is preferred.
• Proven customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with HR systems like Workday or ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers via phone, email, or HR case.
• Manage HR lifecycle data and transactions in HR systems.
• Support Total Rewards processes including compensation and benefits.
• Ensure data accuracy, support audits, and maintain HR documentation.

We are currently hiring for multiple teams - depending on your skills and experience, you may become part of one of our specialized HR team.

Throughout the recruitment process, we will work with you to identify the team that best matches your background and career aspirations:

• HR Employee Support: Providing first-line support for employees and managers on HR policies, benefits, payroll, talent acquisition, leave of absence, and other people-related processes. This team serves as a trusted advisor, helping employees navigate HR systems, policies, and processes via phone, email, or an HR case.
• HR Administration: Managing employee lifecycle transactions, documentation and workforce data within HR systems. This team is responsible for maintaining data accuracy, processing organizational changes, supporting audits, and ensuring seamless HR operations.
• Total Rewards: Supporting compensation, benefits, and global mobility programs. This team works closely with employees, business partners, and external vendors to manage rewards-related processes, reporting, audits, and policy administration.

Where You'll Work

This role is hybrid and requires on-site presence at our office on Wielicka 30 in Kraków 3 to 5 times per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).

This position requires availability to work the 2nd shift, typically between 1:00 PM and 11:00 PM, depending on the team assignment.

What You'll Bring

• Fluent English skills (minimum C1)
• Availability to work a 2nd shift schedule
• Previous experience in one of the following areas: HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Administration, Employee Services, Total Rewards, or a related field
• Experience working with HR systems such as Workday and Microsoft Office applications would be a great asset
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment
• Experience with case management systems (e.g., ServiceNow) will be an advantage
• Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn and develop within HR
