Join a hybrid team with on-site presence 3–5 times per month and duties spanning HR Employee Support, HR Administration and Total Rewards. Fluency in English and prior HR experience are highly valued.

HR Employee Support: Providing first-line support for employees and managers on HR policies, benefits, payroll, talent acquisition, leave of absence, and other people-related processes. This team serves as a trusted advisor, helping employees navigate HR systems, policies, and processes via phone, email, or an HR case.
HR Administration: Managing employee lifecycle transactions, documentation and workforce data within HR systems. This team is responsible for maintaining data accuracy, processing organizational changes, supporting audits, and ensuring seamless HR operations.
Total Rewards: Supporting compensation, benefits, and global mobility programs. This team works closely with employees, business partners, and external vendors to manage rewards-related processes, reporting, audits, and policy administration.
