Job summary

QVC Group is hiring a Junior HR Services Assistant with Italian in Kraków. The role supports HR policies, benefits and payroll inquiries, and guides team members through HR systems and processes.

The position requires on-site presence in Kraków 3–5 days per month with hybrid work options. You’ll handle HR service requests, data entry in Workday, and contribute to Knowledge base updates. Fluency in English and Italian is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Italian (C1 level minimum).
• Readiness to develop within the field of HR.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HR Service support to managers and Team Members.
• Provide information and resolution to calls and emails in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
• Perform HR data entry into Workday and resolve ServiceNow tickets.
• Maintain documentation and current knowledge of People policies and procedures; create process maps where applicable.
• Perform duties as assigned by the Manager.
