Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a Senior HR Services Administrator with German to provide operational expertise across workforce administration for the German market and support transitions from Germany to Poland. You will coordinate processes, document workflows, and drive standardization using technology.

The role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence at Wielicka 30, Kraków, 3–5 times per month, with a focus on collaboration across HR, Payroll, and partners to ensure smooth transitions and continuous

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and German at C1 level or higher.
• Experience in HR operations, shared services, or back-office environments (German processes preferred).
• Experience coordinating process transitions or migrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support employee lifecycle and workforce administration processes for Germany, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Contribute during migrations from Germany to Poland, identifying risks and proposing practical solutions.
• Create and maintain process documentation and provide knowledge transfer to the team.
