Job summary

QVC Group Global Business Services is seeking an HR Services Team Coordinator (long absence cover) to guide and mentor a team of 2–3 TMS Specialists, coordinate daily priorities, and drive quality, performance and on-time delivery across the organization.

This hybrid role requires on-site presence at Wielicka 30 in Kraków 3–5 times per month and offers private medical care, life insurance, bonus programs and company discounts to support a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1 or higher) is required.
• Strong coordination skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience supporting process or service transitions.
• Proactive, improvement‑oriented mindset in a global setting.
• Comfort with HR data and analytics.
• Experience leading a small HR team is a plus.
• Ability to balance competing priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily work and priorities of 2–3 HR Services Specialists.
• Monitor quality and performance against SLAs, KPIs, and deadlines.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and day‑to‑day support to team members.
• Deliver Talent Management and Learning processes across the global organization.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted contact.
• Support the transition and implementation of new services and processes.
• Drive service excellence and a positive customer experience.
