QVC Group is seeking an HR Services Team Coordinator in Kraków for a long absence cover. You will guide 2-3 HR Services Specialists, ensuring on-time delivery and quality across the organization.

The role combines on-site coordination at Wielicka 30 with hybrid work, supporting global talent management and learning initiatives. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HR, strong coordination and stakeholder skills, and a proactive mindset to work in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in any HR-related area (HR Operations, Shared Services, Administration, Talent Acquisition or Talent Management).
• Fluent English (C1) required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily work and priorities of 2-3 HR Services Specialists.
• Monitor quality and performance against SLAs, KPIs and deadlines.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and day-to-day support to team members.
• Deliver Talent Management and Learning processes across QVC global organization.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted point of contact.
• Support the transition and implementation of new services and processes.
• Drive service excellence and continuous improvement for a positive customer experience.

Your Opportunity, Your Team

You'll guide and mentor a team of 2-3 TMS Specialists, coordinate daily priorities and drive quality, performance and on-time delivery. Alongside leading the team’s day-to-day work, you'll bring your expertise to support teams and brands across the organization.

Where You'll Work

• This role is hybrid and requires on-site presence at our office on Wielicka 30 in Kraków 3 to 5 times per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience in any of HR related area: HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Administration, Employee Services, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management or a related field.
• Fluent English (min C1)
• Strong coordination skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience supporting process or service transitions
• A proactive, improvement-focused mindset and confidence working in a global organization
• Ability and willingness to work with HR Data
• Experience in team management would be a strong asset
