QVC Group is hiring a Senior Total Rewards Partner in Kraków to lead compensation and benefits processes for Poland while coordinating with global TR functions. The role reports to the TR Director and will drive job evaluations, pricing, gender pay gap initiatives, and the annual compensation cycle.

Hybrid work with on-site days in Kraków 3–5 times per month; engage with senior stakeholders and external vendors to optimize TR programs and budgets.

Qualifications

• Total Rewards experience in retail or media preferred.
• Experience in complex matrix environments, partnering with executives.
• Experience designing reward programs, external analysis, and business cases.
• Knowledge of Willis Towers Watson and Mercer job evaluation helpful.
• Experience leading compensation processes: review cycles, salary surveys, Gender Pay Gap, bonuses, LTI.

Responsabilités

• Lead administration, design, and implementation of TR programs in Poland and support global TR functions.
• Provide day-to-day TR support to internal clients, including job evaluations, pricing, and insights.
• Lead global TR projects within QI and implement in the Polish market.
• Develop concepts and create business cases for Senior Management.
• Design materials to sustain and embed TR programs across markets.
