Job summary

QVC Group Global Business Services is seeking an HR Services Team Coordinator (long absence cover) to guide and mentor a team of 2–3 TMS Specialists, coordinate daily priorities, and drive quality, performance and on-time delivery across the organization.

This hybrid role requires on-site presence at Wielicka 30 in Kraków 3–5 times per month and offers private medical care, life insurance, bonus programs and company discounts to support a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1 or higher) is required.
• Strong coordination skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience supporting process or service transitions.

• Comfort with HR data and analytics.
• Experience leading a small HR team is a plus.
• Ability to balance competing priorities effectively.

• Drive service excellence and a positive customer experience.

You’ll guide and mentor a team of 2-3 TMS Specialists, coordinate daily priorities and drive quality, performance and on-time delivery. Alongside leading the team’s day-to-day work, you’ll bring your expertise to support teams and brands across the organization.

Where You'll Work

• This role is hybrid and requires on-site presence at our office on Wielicka 30 in Kraków 3 to 5 times per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience in any of HR related area: HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Administration, Employee Services, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management or a related field.
• Fluent English (min C1)
• Strong coordination skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience supporting process or service transitions
• A proactive, improvement-focused mindset and confidence working in a global organization
• Ability and willingness to work with HR Data
• Experience in team management would be a strong asset
