Qualifications

• Fluent German and English; min. C1/B2 and B2 respectively.
• 2+ years of professional HR support experience.
• Higher education in HR or related field is preferred.

• Ability to contribute to process optimization in a Speak‑Up culture.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries via email and phone.
• Advise employees and HR interfaces on HR topics and complex cases.
• Administer HR processes ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and other HR functions to improve service quality.
• Maintain and expand knowledge bases to boost team efficiency.
• Lead a key competence area (e.g., Recruiting) within the HR Direct team.
• Work in a performance-driven environment with defined service targets.
