Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is hiring a Senior HR Learning Services Specialist with German language skills in Wroclaw. You will manage end-to-end Learning Services activities, drive process standardization and continuous improvements, and serve as a primary contact for complex cases across the organization.

This role emphasizes collaboration with the local CoE and HR partners while ensuring compliance with guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proficient German (C1) and English (B2)
• Minimum 4 years in Learning Operations/HR Services or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience with HR and learning systems (SAP HR, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow)
• Ability to standardize and stabilize processes during transitions
• Strong stakeholder-management and project management experience

Responsibilities

• Own and independently execute complex end-to-end Learning Services activities
• Standardize and stabilize processes after transition, identify gaps and clarify responsibilities
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data and stakeholder feedback
• Serve as a key contact for complex cases across multiple levels
• Build strong relationships with CoE, PPM and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and internal guidelines
• Prioritize work independently and escalate when needed
• Share expertise and support teammates on complex topics
